Meet The Team
	Sean J. Hammond President, Development Consultant Sean is the founder of Turn Key Ranch Development. He conceived the idea for Turnkey Ranch Development after buying and developing several ranches of his own. Sean quickly learned of the challenges of developing a ranch property. Finding qualified, reliable contractors to complete work at a fair price and with great quality in craftsmanship was difficult. Trying to supervise these contractors and manage the project while running other companies and day to day life was nearly impossible. Sean saw an opportunity to save people time and money by managing their improvement project for them. He created Turnkey Ranch Development to fill this need. Sean and has a degree in environmental science from Texas State University. He is an avid hunter, horseman and fisherman and spends most of his free time on his ranch in Lampasas and showing cutting horses. sean@turnkeyranch.com \| (512)-791-3639

	Natalie Hammond Vice President, Accounting Natalie has been involved in real estate since graduating from Texas A&M in 2005. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and experienced horsewoman. Natalie competed on the Texas A&M equestrian team and has broad experience in real estate sales, development, management, and marketing.
